We are seeking an experienced, innovative and dynamic scholar to lead the Williams School of Business, an integral pillar of the University, and its largest academic unit (600 students, 20+ faculty). The Dean will help position the School of Business as a national leader in undergraduate business education. The Dean will be responsible for supervising and supporting the academic programs and research activities of the Williams School of Business. Under the general coordination of the Vice-Principal Academic, the Dean will also participate, with other academic officers, in the coordination of the academic programs and research activities of the University.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to undertake extensive community and business outreach, and will possess a strong background in research and professional activity within a university business context. An individual with a broad network of connections amongst business leaders locally, nationally and even internationally would be a significant asset.
