Organisation Studies at Malmö University covers a range of different topics from leadership and management and its consequences, work and work environment, sustainability in organisations, gender and intersectionality in organisations, entrepreneurship and small businesses, and the interplay between private and public organisations and NGOs. Organisation Studies at MaU encourages the interaction between theorizing and empirical-based research.
