YOUR TASKS

• Performing cutting-edge research on nonequilibrium aspects of quantum field theory and gravity with the ERC CoG project High-TheQ.
• Publishing high quality articles and disseminating them internationally as a speaker at conferences and seminars.
• Co-supervising junior team members.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You hold a thesis-based doctorate in theoretical high energy physics.
• You are an expert in numerical holography and relativistic hydrodynamics, which is documented by recognized research accomplishments in these areas. 
• You accumulated significant post-doctoral experience, including in supervision junior researchers.
• You have a very good command of English.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

• We offer you a contract of definite duration for the period of 2 years.
• Your contract will start on 01/10/2026 at the earliest.
