Assistant Professor
Focus: research and teaching

Department of Psychology of Personality
Teaching hours: 240 hours

Duties:
- conducting classes in the psychology of personality and the psychology of emotions and motivation
- conducting diploma seminars in Polish or English
- conducting scientific activity in the field of personality psychology and social psychology
- conducting scientific research in the field of personality psychology and psychology of emotions and motivation
- publishing in high-scoring international scientific journals with IF
- winning and conducting national and international grants
Requirements:
- possession of a doctoral degree in psychology (obtained no later than September 30, 2025) and a master's degree in psychology
- min. one year of teaching experience
- experience in preparing teaching materials, such as scripts
- experience in developing new educational programs
- teaching competence confirmed by certificates or certificates of completion of courses or other forms of training that improve qualifications in teaching, training and workshops
- participation in the implementation of domestic and foreign grants (as a manager and/or contractor)
- experience in popularization and commercialization of scientific research results
- authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications
- active participation in national and international scientific conferences
- fluent knowledge of the Polish language
- knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level, allowing to conduct research in this language
- readiness to work on weekends
