The project
The project is located within WP3 of the PharmECO project (https://pharmeco.eu/) to develop a sustainable technology platform. The utilization of biocatalysts/enzymes as powerful catalysts for a sustainable and atom-efficient production of relevant targets has become an attractive alternative to traditional chemistry. Highly relevant reactions for industry to access pharmaceutical compounds are in the scope of the two PhD positions. The aim is to develop biocatalytic synthetic methods relevant for industry.
