The Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences (FHSE) at the University of Luxembourg brings together expertise from the humanities, linguistics, cognitive sciences, social and educational sciences.

As part of a major expansion in Educational Sciences, the Department of Education & Social Work (DESW) within the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Science is seeking 4 Maîtres-Assistants (teaching positions) in the following areas to join its team:
Your role
In collaboration with colleagues in the DESW, successful candidates will design and deliver courses in the full range of the Faculty's study programmes in Education, and engage in research and transfer activities that are aligned with the Department's research agenda.
Successful candidates will be expected to design and deliver courses on teaching and learning in primary and pre-primary school, in both the Bachelor in Educational Sciences (BScE) programme and the new Bachelor en Formation Pédagogique (BFP) programme. Teaching can be offered in other teacher training programmes of FHSE, provided that the teaching requirements of the two aforementioned programmes are fully met.

German is a requirement for the position in "Teaching and Learning Children's and Youth Literature, with special regard to German Literature Education".
