Your role

  • Build intuitive, accessible interfaces for teachers and students
  • Integrate and work with LLM-based services where they add real value to the product
  • Own performance, reliability, and security of the platform as it grows
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and the everyday plumbing of a serious web product
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from scoping and design to release and iteration
  • Contribute to technical documentation and collaborate on grant proposals and publications where relevant
  • Work directly with pilot schools and partners to understand what's working and what isn't

Wingos is an AI-powered educational technology project with a particular focus on Luxembourg's multilingual classroom context. It brings together advanced AI, adaptive learning, and carefully designed user experiences to support teachers and students in their daily work. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework, e.g. React, Next.js
  • Solid server-side experience in Node.js and/or Python - FastAPI
  • Good working knowledge of database technologies - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
  • Comfort with modern DevOps practices and tools - Git, Docker, CI/CD
  • Experience taking features from idea to production, and maintaining them once they're live
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent written and verbal English is mandatory. Working knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is welcome but not required

Considered a plus:

  • Experience integrating LLM providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral into production applications
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Experience building multilingual web applications
  • Experience in EdTech or other domains involving non-technical end users
